Hello! I am a Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Birth and Postnatal Doula and new mum based in South London.

I am passionate about active, positive and conscious birth and supporting pregnant women emotionally and physically through this transformational time in your lives. My passion, my love and my foundation for Doulaing is rooted in the traditional principles of yoga and the belief that our bodies contain more wisdom than we know - we just need to reawaken it.

I trained as a teacher in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga with the fantastic Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in 2015 whilst pregnant with my first child.

My journey as a Doula began in 2016 shortly after I began teaching pregnancy yoga and my son born, although in my heart I think I might always been a Doula. I'm fascinated, obsessed, in love with women and the female body, the miracle of birth and passionate about supporting all women to have a birth experience to treasure.

I completed the Developing Doulas training with Maddie McMahon in 2016 with a strong desire to Doula for birth and postnatally London-wide. In motherhood I have found an even deeper capacity to love and serve.

I have a personal yoga practice spanning 20 years and have more than 360 hours training. I'm certified by Yoga Alliance US and have studied with some of Europe's most experienced and respected yogis.

Before dedicating all my time to mothering mothers-to-be, (and my own baby) I was a Charity Copywriter for some of the third sector’s biggest NGOs such as CAFOD, Unicef, Shelter, WWF and Mencap. The transition to the yoga and birth world began in 2011 when I arrived at The Special Yoga Centre, a small charity in West London, to take up the role of a role as Communications Manager. It was here I learned the true power of yoga and truly began my journey. I saw the life-changing impact that yoga as a therapy was having on the babies, children and adults with special needs and developmental challenges. I qualified as a Yoga Therapist for children with special needs in February 2014.

I am a certified Yoga Teacher with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre organisation (ISYVC) with Yoga Alliance US accreditation (RYT200). I trained in the Himalayas, India in November 2013.
